- The device cannot be delivered without submitting the 'FAULTY PRODUCT SUBMISSION FORM'.
- Our customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the defective devices sent to our company and the safety of the product in the package.
- For defective devices sent to our company, the above form or printed form on the website must be filled in.
- Within 14 days, if the repair is not approved for the device(s) for which a fault has been detected, the device(s) may be returned without notice.
- For out-of-warranty devices that are not accepted for repair, a diagnostic fee may be charged.
- The service fee of the devices whose repair pro forma is accepted and repaired is expected to be made within 90 days.
- The retention period of our technical service is 90 days, if our customer cannot be contacted during this period, our company cannot be held responsible for product safety.
- For repaired or non-repaired devices, shipment is made with our contracted logistics provider MNG Kargo. If you wish to be shipped with a different logistics provider, please contact us.
- Within 90 days, our company is not responsible for the products that are not paid and received.
