1. General Information

The protection and processing of your personal data that you share with Medel Tip Tıbbi Ekipmanlar İmalat İthalat İhracat A.Ş ("Medel Tıp" and/or "Company") will be carried out within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the relevant legislation.

Medel Tıp, as the Data Controller, will be able to record, store, update your personal information within the framework described below, disclose/transfer it to third parties when permitted by the legislation, classify it and process it in the ways listed in the KVKK.

2. Method of Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data to be processed may vary depending on the services provided by our Company. Your data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, website, social media, mobile applications and similar means.

As long as you benefit from the products and services offered by Medel Tıp, your personal data that Medel Tıp has to process due to the nature of the business can be processed and your consent will not be obtained separately for each transaction.

In addition, when you use our call centers or our website to use Medel Tıp services, when you visit our Company offices or our website, when you participate in trainings, seminars or organizations organized by our Company, your personal data may also be processed in accordance with the nature of the work performed.

3. Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data collected will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the reasons stated below; the main ones of these purposes are listed below, and Medel Tıp may also process your personal data in areas not listed below but limited by law according to its field of activity.

• Carrying out the necessary work by our business units to ensure that you benefit from the products and services offered by Medel Tıp,
• Customization by our company according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, recommending them to you and creating a customer portfolio,
• Ensuring the legal and commercial security of persons who have a business relationship with Medel Tıp and our Company,
• Administrative operations for communication carried out by Medel Tıp, ensuring the physical security and supervision of the Company's locations,
• Execution of our company's customer evaluation/complaint management processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance process, audit, etc,
• Determining and implementing Medel Tıp's commercial and business strategies,

4. Can Your Personal Data Be Processed Even If You Are Not a Party to Any Transaction?

Your personal data may be processed even if you do not benefit from the services provided by Medel Tıp and your consent will not be sought for these transactions.

5. Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties and/or Abroad

6. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

By applying to our company, your personal data; a) to learn whether it is processed, b) to request information if it is processed, c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, ç) to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically / abroad, d) to request correction if it is incomplete / incorrectly processed, e) You have the right to request the deletion / destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, f) to request the third parties to whom it is transferred to be notified of the transactions made in accordance with paragraphs "d" and "e" mentioned above, g) to object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automated systems, ğ) to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
